Does it cost anything to join?
No. Moonies Passport is completely free to join.
Do I need to download an app?
No app is required. Your Passport works in the browser, and you can optionally add it to Apple Wallet. Google Wallet will appear inside your Passport when it is available for you.
Which drinks earn a stamp?
Eligible paid drinks earn one stamp each. The shop will tell you if a delivery order, particular promotion or discounted item does not qualify.
What does my free reward cover?
Your reward covers one eligible drink. Paid extras and upgrades may still be charged, and redeeming the free drink does not earn another stamp.
What if I change my phone?
Ask a Moonies team member to recover your Passport using the email address or mobile number you gave when joining.
