How it works
A Moonies team member adds one stamp after each eligible paid drink. Eight stamps unlock one free eligible drink. Redeeming the free drink does not earn another stamp.
Using your Passport
- Show your personal Passport QR at the till when you pay.
- Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Your Passport is personal to you. Please do not copy or share its private QR.
- Tell a team member promptly if a stamp was added incorrectly.
Eligible drinks and offers
The shop will tell you if a particular item, delivery order, promotion or discount does not qualify. The free reward covers an eligible drink; paid extras or upgrades may still be charged.
Fair use
Moonies may correct mistakes, reverse refunded purchases, refuse fraudulent use or suspend a Passport that is being misused. The audit history helps us handle questions fairly.
Changes to the programme
We may update these terms or end the programme for a genuine business reason. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice in the shop or on the Passport site and explain what happens to rewards already earned.
